Lesson 7 - Christian Community through the Local Church - Midweek Prayer Meeting
From the creation of man, God designed us for relationships. God told us in Genesis 2:18 that it is not good for man to be alone. The ultimate relationship of fulfillment and satisfaction is the relationship that we have with Him; however, He also designed us to have relationships and community with one another. As Christians, God has called us to love others as He has displayed love toward us. We are to extend love outward to those that are lost, and we are to live in love with the community of believers that God has placed around us. Let's look at some Bible principles for God's family, the church.
